Limited Edition: Winterthur, Switzerland
If we talk about the space we take up, for example when eating, lying down or cooking, there is a certain width that is comfortable for us. We want the salt shaker next to our dish to be within reach, or we like it when the seat of the chair is at a height of 42cm while the space needed to sit is exhausted at some point. The space for our eyes is subject to even more unlimited rules. If we talk about the quality of a large room, it usually is farsightedness that we positively notice. Farsightedness that lets our gaze wander around and scatter our thoughts. It seems that our body and mind have different needs. While there is an ideal range for our physical activities, our mind yearns for some expanse.
